Susan & Stefan Bagyura, The Bagyura Group @ John R Wood Properties
Originally from Michigan, Susan developed a strong work ethic from her Midwest upbringing. She started her sales career selling copiers and enhanced her skills as she worked her way up in the high tech industry where she eventually became the national sales representative for Computer Task Group (Boston) serving the Fortune 50 accounts for their worldwide technology requirements.
Susan met her husband while traveling in Australia, which led to a long distance relationship for a year. She moved abroad in 1993 and lived in 7 countries on 3 continents before returning to the US in July 2011. While abroad, Susan worked with entrepreneurs in 30+ countries helping them start businesses. Finding many entrepreneurs' business problems were rooted in their lack of leadership skills, Susan authored a book on leadership, which became an Amazon best-seller.
Having studied sales and marketing at Stonehill College outside Boston, Susan has successfully integrated her corporate business skills and ethics into her real estate career. Her clients benefit from her savvy marketing, sharp negotiation and project management skills along with her integrity. Susan devotes full-time effort to real estate sales and follows the ever-evolving marketplace closely by previewing the latest homes as they become available. Stefan is Austrian having been born in Vienna shortly after the war ended. He has always been fascinated with geography, people and travel. Even though Stefan was groomed to take over a family textile business, he knew it wasn't for him. After studying economics at the Commercial Academy of Vienna, he started his banking career in Switzerland. A short while later, a unique opportunity presented itself where he was posted to Libya with the Austrian Chamber of Commerce before taking the exams to become a diplomat.
During his 40-year career, Stefan lived in 10 countries on 4 continents. As a diplomat, he had the good fortune to meet heads of state, dignitaries and the Queen of England. At the end of his career, Stefan was awarded a gold medal for his meritorious service to his country.

Stefan's native language is German. His English is impeccable and he has a good knowledge of Italian and French, although he doesn't use them as much these days. He's also studied Mandarin and Arabic.
